We regard a completed order form or signed contract
as understanding and acceptance of these policies.
Content:
No pornography or otherwise unacceptable or offensive
content. Descriptions of which to be decided solely by ArtPro.
Collection Policies:
Should ArtPro require collection assistance for outstanding bills arising
from non-payment, the client will be held responsible for all collection
and legal charges resulting from the collection of outstanding bills.
Overdue Accounts:
Existing clients who have overdue balances may be refused new services.
Please keep your account balance up to date! Accounts that are chronically
late on payments will be suspended without notice. A $50 fee for reactivation
of overdue accounts will apply to suspended accounts until the full payment
is received and cleared. Account statements are sent on the 1st and 15th of each
month and are due upon receipt.
Refund Policies:
Should you or we decide to terminate your subscription anytime after you
have signed up, we will refund you per the following policies:
- Current
or pending charges are deducted at time of notification to us of intent
to discontinue service.
- Domain Name
Registration application fees are not refundable.
- Set Up fees
are not refundable.
- Monthly
service fees will be charged to the end of the month, and will be refunded
by whole month subject to the following conditions:
- Should you
decide to terminate a long term subscription before the expiration date,
the refund will be calculated using standard rates and not special discounted
rates.
- If you specify
the cancellation date in your cancellation notice to us, it will be used
in the above calculations. Otherwise, the date that we process your cancellation
notice is used by default.
We have the right to suspend, delete, cancel or remove services at our
discretion without warning for any reason whatsoever at any time.
It is understood and accepted that companies that subscribe to or use
our services have read our policies and accept them fully.
ArtPro reserves the right to revise and to make changes to the
above policies from time to time and will post such changes to this web
site. The posting of changes in policy shall be considered as providing
notice of such changes to our clients.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
state of Texas, USA.
